Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newnan, GA is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying knowledge of home lending products.

You will work with bankers and clients to promote mortgage loan originations, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and act as the internal mortgage expert while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
