Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior client experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, real estate markets, and effective communication. A track record in sales within retail banking and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the mortgage specialist and maintains good customer relationships.
