Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying extensive mortgage product knowledge while complying with regulatory requirements. The role includes coaching branch teams, building relationships, and driving mortgage originations through coordinated marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in mortgage lending and sales, and familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds status as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relations with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
