Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients through the loan lifecycle, leveraging FHA/VA knowledge and a strong mortgage background. You will guide customers within regulatory guidelines while collaborating with the Home Lending team to drive homeownership goals.

The role focuses on coaching branches, meeting clients, and delivering a superior customer experience through coordinated marketing efforts and cross-sell opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
