Job summary

Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, delivering expert guidance on FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships by providing consultative financial guidance.
