Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will collaborate with branch teams to promote products and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking, plus strong knowledge of the local real estate market and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on customer needs.
