Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process, serving as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship development with customers and retail partners.

The position requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, a degree or equivalent experience, and proven sales success in mortgage lending.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
Builds as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
