Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team with product training.
• Collaborates with bankers, meeting customers and connecting them to bankers.
• Partners with team to enhance customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Establishes mortgage expert role, maintains customer relationships with consultative recommendations.
