Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches branch team with product training and services.
• Meets with customers and connects them with bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to drive customer experience and lead generation.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within assigned footprints.
• Serves as internal/external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs.
