Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and deliver a superior customer experience. You will work with a motivated team to promote a broad range of mortgage products while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will act as the mortgage domain expert, building strong client relationships and providing financial recommendations based on customers' needs and goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations by partnering with retail branches within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
