Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in its Home Lending division to guide clients through the loan life cycle. You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring compliance with lending regulations while collaborating with bankers and marketing teams to grow mortgage originations.

The role emphasizes coaching, expert mortgage knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and online tools.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
