Job summary

CareRing Health is seeking a Sr. Home Health Account Executive to build relationships with nursing facilities, physicians, and referral partners to connect patients with hospice and home health services.

You will lead sales calls, plan territory strategy, and coordinate community education while ensuring compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience in home health or healthcare services
• Proven history of positive sales results and strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience beneficial
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams
• Execute effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of the referral community and clearly communicate services
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly market expansion strategies to increase market share
• Participate in strategic planning for growth and education
• Achieve admission goals per agency budget and targets
• Attend staff meetings to update on accounts and progress
• Coordinate in-services with community and medical groups to educate on hospice services as needed
• Manage CRM compliance, expense reports, payroll/time sheets, and other sales admin tasks
• Respond to emails and phone messages within 24 hours
• Complete additional projects as assigned by leadership
