Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate and driven Sr. Home Health Account Executive to build relationships with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral partners to help patients access care.

You will represent the agency through sales, marketing, and education, share the story of our services, strengthen professional connections, and help increase hospice awareness while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience in home health or healthcare.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market to customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and related healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute effective sales calls to meet referral needs and promote services.
• Develop territory strategy to increase market share.
• Participate in marketing growth strategies and community education.
• Achieve admission goals per agency budget.
• Attend staff meetings to update on accounts and needs.
• Coordinate in-services with community and medical groups.
• Handle CRM compliance and sales administration tasks.
• Complete other projects as assigned by leadership.
