Job summary

Home Recovery Home Aid is seeking a Sr. Home Health Account Executive to cultivate relationships with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral sources in Virginia.

You will drive sales, educate partners on our hospice and home health services, and help families access the care they need. You will represent the agency in the community, manage a strategic territory, and execute prospecting plans to increase market share while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience in healthcare
• Demonstrated history of positive sales results and strong relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to market with customers, referral sources and the community
• Strong computer skills are required
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships internally and externally
• Execute effective sales calls to meet referral community needs and describe features/benefits
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly market strategies to increase share
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Aim to meet admission goals and agency budgets
• Attend staff meetings and update accounts and needs
• Coordinate in-services with community groups to educate on hospice services
• Handle emails and phone messages within 24 hours
• Manage sales administration tasks including CRM compliance and reporting
• Complete other projects as assigned by leadership
