You will drive sales results, mentor branch teams, and partner with bankers to build trusted relationships while navigating FHA/VA guidelines and community lending programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories
• Builds role as the mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers; provides recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge
