JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in the United States to guide clients through the home loan process from origination to closing. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with bankers and marketing teams to promote mortgage solutions and ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role requires a strong sales background in mortgage lending, knowledge of loan programs (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds reputation as internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
