Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. The role requires guiding clients, staying compliant with regulatory requirements, and leveraging Chase marketing channels to promote mortgage products.

The ideal candidate will have mortgage lending experience, strong real estate knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports through formal structures.
• Builds relationships with customers as the mortgage expert and maintains credibility.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
