Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle as the primary contact, collaborating with banking teams to cross-sell mortgage products and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
