Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Wytheville, VA. You will oversee ground-up builds, coordinate design hand-offs, subs selection, and ensure safety and inspections throughout.

The role requires managing budgets, supervising 8+ projects at times, and maintaining strong client communications from permit to occupancy. Competitive compensation includes salary, per-home bonus, auto/phone allowance, PTO, healthcare, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8+ typically) at one time.
• 4+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
