Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Ability to read construction documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate work quality for safety and codes.
• Complete homes from planning through occupancy and meet contract obligations.
• Communicate progress and address homeowner concerns throughout construction.
• Ensure site cleanliness and maintain a professional job site.
