Griswold Home Care is seeking a Senior Home Care Coordinator/Recruiter/Scheduler to recruit, schedule, and coordinate care for clients. The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting seniors and caregivers alike.

Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding caregivers, assigning staff to clients, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with company/state requirements, while fostering positive relationships with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, WellSky).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview qualified caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, and companions).
• Scheduling & Coordination: Assign caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and client preferences; maintain scheduling system; handle last-minute changes.
• Client & Caregiver Support: Serve as primary contact for caregivers; maintain relationships with clients; monitor performance and resolve conflicts.
• Administrative & Compliance: Maintain records; ensure training/compliance; assist with payroll and billing; support office team.
