Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact via phone, email, and text for clients, caregivers, applicants, and partners.
• Explain services and help families determine fit with Griswold Home Care.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure uninterrupted client care.
• Respond quickly to schedule changes and staffing needs.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in scheduling software.
• Collaborate with the office team to deliver an outstanding client and caregiver experience.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation.
