The role emphasizes building a robust caregiver pipeline, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate scheduling while adapting to last-minute changes and client needs. You will be a primary point of contact for families and caregivers, ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with scheduling software (ClearCare, WellSky) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, companions).
• Conduct background checks and verify credentials per state requirements.
• Onboard, train, and orient new hires.
• Develop and maintain caregiver pipelines to meet staffing needs.
• Assign caregivers to clients based on skills and availability.
• Maintain scheduling system and handle last-minute changes.
• Support payroll and billing by verifying caregiver hours.
