Qualifikationen

• Medical office experience is required; medical scheduling experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Client and Caregiver Coordination: Develop, maintain, and update client and caregiver schedules to support consistent, reliable care.
• Communication and Customer Service: Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional, compassionate, and timely assistance.
• Problem-Solving: Respond to scheduling changes, identify coverage needs, and help resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Caregiver Support: Build positive relationships with caregivers, provide ongoing support, and help create a positive employee experience.
• Administrative Support: Assist with recordkeeping, documentation, compliance, and general office operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the office team, including scheduling, human resources, talent acquisition, and marketing, to support agency goals.
• Additional Responsibilities: Participate in evening on-call coverage as needed and provide weekend availability based on operational needs.
