Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking a detail-focused Scheduling Coordinator in Lynn, MA to manage and optimize client and caregiver schedules. You will communicate with clients, families, case managers, and staff to ensure continuous, high-quality care and adherence to policies and HIPAA requirements.

The role emphasizes coordination, timely updates, and on-call coverage as needed, with a focus on delivering compassionate home care services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, organized and able to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly coordinates schedules for an assigned group of clients and caregivers.
• Problem solves concerns and questions regarding client and caregiver schedules.
• Coordinate new referrals/intakes and introduce services.
• Monitor service change log for compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure schedules with clients and nurses are confirmed and updated.
