Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Director of Community Management to lead a regional team and oversee homeowner associations. You will collaborate with the VP of Community Management, implement best practices, and drive service excellence across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, contracts, and relationships with Association Boards, attending meetings, and ensuring timely, professional communications. Evening meetings and on-call support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HOA, city gov, or related management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Experience in staff management, projects, budgets, and strategic goals.
• In-depth knowledge of CC&Rs, bylaws, procurement, contract relations, and safety practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; diplomatic with clients and teams.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong financial background with budget development experience.
• CCAM/CMCA/AMS designations required; PCAM designation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Managers and Associate Managers in the regional office.
• Attend industry events for education and business development.
• Coordinate between departments and outside parties; convey information accurately.
• Maintain integrity and honesty with clients and team.
• Participate in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Manage a small portfolio of communities.
• Resolve client conflicts within 24–48 hours.
• Attend regular board meetings and annual meetings for each account.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Association Boards.
• Contact Board Members on a set cycle to gauge satisfaction.
• Proof all outgoing work (minutes, inspections, packets, newsletters, etc.).
• Provide back up on-call services.
• Attend evening meetings as required.
• Perform all other duties as business needs dictate.
