Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead homeowner associations across our California portfolio. You will build long‑standing relationships with Boards, deploy strategic plans, and oversee all major projects and financial oversight.

You will supervise the Associate Managers, guide governance, ensure compliance with CC&Rs and Bylaws, manage vendor relations, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA or related industry experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• CCAM®, CMCA® or AMS® designation preferred within one year.

Responsibilities

• Manage Boards of Directors to develop goals for HOA communities.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and meeting logistics.
• Supervise operations, contracts, and vendor management.
• Coordinate budgets, financial reporting, and insurance needs.
• Lead Associate Managers and align work with company standards.
