Job summary

You will manage budgets, coordinate with Homeowners Associations and boards, and ensure contract adherence and program consistency across multiple accounts. This role requires strong communication and leadership, with some evening board meetings expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HOA/property management or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CC&Rs, Bylaws, and association governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Managers and Associate Managers in the regional office.
• Attend industry events for education and business development.
• Coordinate between departments and outside parties with clear communication.
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in client and team interactions.
• Lead development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Attend evening board meetings as required.
• Provide back-up on-call services and perform other duties as needed.
