Qualifications

• 5+ years managing homeowners’ associations, city government, or related experience.
• CMCA®, CCAM® and AMS® designations desired; CMCA®, AMS® and PCAM® designations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Managers and Associate Managers across the regional office.
• Attend industry events for education and business development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Association Boards and clients.
• Review and approve outgoing communications, minutes, and reports.
• Lead policy development and ensure adherence to CC&Rs and Bylaws.
• Provide back-up on-call support and participate in evening board meetings.
