Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company in Aliso Viejo, CA, seeks a Senior Community Manager to lead HOA portfolios, work with boards, supervise staff, and drive strategic goals.

You will oversee governance, contracts, budgeting, vendor relations, and communications, partnering with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service to our associations. CCAM® or CMCA®/AMS® designations are preferred and CCAM® must be obtained within one year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HOA management, city government, or related experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations; effective in motivating and building teams.
• CCAM® preferred. CCAM® will be required within one year of employment if in process at hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Civil Code, local ordinances, and governing documents.
• Prepare board meeting materials and minutes; provide follow-ups and correspondence.
• Guide the Board on legislative updates and enforce association policies.
• Coordinate elections and annual meetings.
• Manage relationships with Boards, committees, and residents.
• Oversee contractors and vendors; monitor contract compliance.
• Review financial statements and advise on budget performance.
• Coordinate billing, collections, and financial reporting with accounting.
• Maintain association files and official records.
• Lead and support the Associate Managers team to align with company standards.
