Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, review budgets, ensure compliance with Civil Code and governing documents, and communicate effectively with residents and boards; CCAM certification preferred and required within a year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA or related experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
