With 5+ years in the industry and CCAM/CMCA/AMS designations preferred, you will drive engagement, governance, and safety practices while maintaining exceptional client service and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in homeowners’ associations, city government, or related field.
• Supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• CCAM® designation or CMCA® and AMS® designations required; CMCA®, AMS® and PCAM® designations desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Managers and Associate Managers to ensure service quality and policy compliance.
• Oversee community portfolios, board meeting attendance, and client satisfaction cycles.
• Develop and monitor budgets, contracts, inventories, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate between departments and external parties; ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Provide back-up on-call support and drive employee engagement and performance.
