Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates, gather information, perform analyses, and present options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and experience with Excel/Power BI; ability to work with vendors and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position.
• Advanced math and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Understanding of AI applications in estimation.

Responsibilities

• Understand performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Gather data and requirements from sites, suppliers, and operators.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Create and submit estimate reports to project managers and leadership.
• Present bids to Company Leadership at gate reviews.
