Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering data, working with operators, and presenting options to leadership for decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of estimator experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position in asset maintenance, highway or structures is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial and project management principles.
• Advanced math and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and related software; familiarity with AI concepts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Gather site, supplier, subcontractor, and operator data; determine key cost variables.
• Conduct research on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Prepare and submit estimate reports and bids to project managers and leadership.
• Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Present bids for gate reviews and procurement decisions.
