Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is looking for an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, performing analyses, and presenting options to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have advanced numerical skills, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand performance-based maintenance contracting and project requirements.
• Gather data from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators.
• Analyze labor costs, materials, production times, and other variables.
• Use software for data analysis, modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors and produce bid reports.
• Present bids to leadership at gate reviews and build key vendor relationships.
