Ultimate Staffing Services seeks an Operations Manager to oversee all building operations for a large condo community. You will manage engineering, maintenance, custodial, and painting functions, acting as the General Manager's principal deputy.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities and project management, plus strong leadership to supervise staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring safety, compliance, and long-term capital plans.

Competenze

• 7+ years managing large high-rise residential properties.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, and life-safety systems.
• Knowledge of procurement, contracts, OSHA, and building codes.
• Experience with boards, budgets, and capital improvement programs.

Mansioni

• Oversee all building operations, engineering, maintenance, custodial, and painting functions for a large condo community.
• Serve as second-in-command to the General Manager and manage staff and vendors.
• Lead capital improvement projects and ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage large projects.
• Interact regularly with residents, contractors, engineers, and the Board of Directors.
