Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations and facilities management for a condominium property, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff performance. The role includes HR management, financial oversight, and project management to meet financial goals and client initiatives.

The position offers a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 based on experience and qualifications, with the potential for growth based on performance and unit needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in related management (facilities/hospitality) required.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; be a team leader; problem-solve.
• Proven ability in human resources/personnel management.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software preferred.
• Ability to present financial reports such as P&L, variance to budget, balance sheet, AR, AP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop daily operations.
• Supervise and participate in operational duties of the unit.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and direct the unit’s management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records and vendor contract negotiations.
• Manage P&L and provide budget variance explanations.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain records and minutes for boards and committees.
