Job summary
comstock seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead onsite maintenance teams across communities, ensuring safety, uptime, and resident satisfaction while upholding professional standards. You will manage budgets, develop multi-year capital plans, and coordinate with Property Managers to meet financial objectives.
The role requires supervision of staff and oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, with travel between sites.
Qualifications
- Residential maintenance experience required.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reviews.
- Master electrician and plumbing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite maintenance team to ensure safety, uptime, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage staff, assign work, supervise, and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with Property Manager on budgets, forecasts, and financial reviews.
- Develop multi-year capital plans and oversee capital projects.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical building systems.
- Oversee renovations and new construction activities as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain infrastructure documentation.
