Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to provide strategic leadership for HEOR, real-world evidence and patient-reported outcomes across our nephrology portfolio, including FILSPARI.

You will develop integrated evidence strategies and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Biostatistics to ensure high-quality data generation and robust value demonstration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology or related field.
• Experience delivering HEOR and real-world evidence studies.
• Strong ability to translate clinical questions into evidence-generation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR and value evidence strategy across nephrology portfolio.
• Generate integrated evidence plans addressing clinical and economic outcomes.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Biostatistics.
• Lead cost-effectiveness, budget impact and other HEOR analyses.
• Oversee real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR, registries.
• Manage PRO strategy including instrument selection and validation.
