Responsibilities

• Responds in a timely manner to help-desk requests and meets deadlines per SLA policy.
• Minimum five years experience with on-premise and remote help desk support.
• Minimum three years experience with Windows Active Directory.
• Minimum three years computer networking experience.
• Minimum five years Windows 10/11 experience.
• Assists in maintaining accurate records for inventory and repair/maintenance work.
• Works with vendors in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborates with technical staff to communicate problems and solutions for timely resolution.
• Manages multiple projects and deadlines.
• Develops problem-solving and troubleshooting to minimize service disruption.
• Provides training to end users on hardware/software systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
