Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Help Desk Support for the Educational Technology Support (ETS) Lead role at Fort Benning, GA. The position leads the ETS team and serves as the alternate Program Manager when the primary PM is unavailable.

A SECRET clearance and ITIL Foundation certification are required. Candidates should bring at least 10 years in a technical environment, with 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope for Government clients, and experience

Qualifications

At least 10 years in a technical environment.
At least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size.
Experience managing day-to-day activities for a team of 12+.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activity of the ETS team, scheduling, and functions.
Coordinate equipment inventories with the Government Hand Receipt Holder.
Collaborate on Lifecycle Replacement of ETS student computers and maintain inventory tracking.
Provide the COR with data on future Training Resource Arbitration Panel (TRAP) course schedules.
Deliver monthly ETS metric and NOC reports by the fifth day of the following month.
Serve as alternate Program Manager, performing all PM duties in the primary PM's absence.
