Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Administrator at Fort Benning, GA to support ETS services, including Active Directory management, cloud storage allocation, and STIG mitigation within the Army environment.

You will assist TRADOC with TSAS registration, troubleshoot access issues, and maintain the TRADOC ETS SharePoint site, leveraging SCCM/AD and DoD IA standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree with 10+ years or Bachelor's with 12+ years in a technical environment.
• Minimum 8+ years supporting student environments of similar scope for Government clients.
• Security+ (IAT Level II) certification.
• Microsoft 365 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETS maintenance, cloud storage allocation and Active Directory.
• Perform quarterly STIG analysis and mitigation to maintain DoD IA compliance.
• Assist TRADOC TSAS registration for smartcard access.
• Resolve user account, network outage, remote access, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management ETS SharePoint site.

Position Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Location: Fort Benning, GA

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope of Work: Provides ETS systems administration supporting the services required by the customer, including Active Directory management, cloud storage allocation, STIG analysis and mitigation, scripting support, and technology solution recommendations within the Army environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage maintenance and cloud storage allocation and provide ETS Active Directory management.
• Conduct quarterly STIG analysis and mitigation to ensure 100% DoD IA compliance.
• Assist students with TRADOC Student Account Solution (TSAS) registration for smartcard access.
• Resolve user account, network outage, remote access, and Wi-Fi issues with the NEC.
• Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management (TKE) ETS SharePoint site.
• Maintain ETS system registrations in SCCM and AD and register systems in NPS for network imaging.
• Master's degree with at least 10 years, or Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in a technical environment, with at least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size for the Government or a Government client
• Security+ certification (IAT Level II cybersecurity category)
• Microsoft certification for the 365 environment
• Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
