Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance for students and instructors at Fort Benning, GA. You will prepare and image mobile devices, issue devices, conduct security briefs, and support course rotations up to 400 students.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, a DoD 8570.01-M aligned Cyber Workforce certification, and an AS degree with 7+ years of experience in IT support and instructional technology.

Qualifications

• AS degree with at least 7 years of experience.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Cyber Workforce certification per DoD 8570.01-M as applicable to IA.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to students and instructors; respond to initial requests within 15 minutes.
• Prepare mobile devices with new baseline images and post-install customization.
• Issue devices, conduct security briefs, and ensure completion of required IA briefings.
• Support onboarding so students receive temporary network permission for course duration.
• Train new instructors on classroom instructional technology and collaborative tools.
• Report damaged or missing student computers and prepare related packets.
