Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience in a technical environment.
• Experience leading a team of at least 12 members.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and an active SECRET clearance.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of the ETS team, scheduling and functions.
• Coordinate equipment inventories with the Government Hand Receipt Holder.
• Collaborate on lifecycle replacement of ETS student computers and inventory tracking.
• Provide data on TRAP course schedules to the COR.
• Deliver monthly ETS metric and NOC reports by the fifth day of the following month.
• Serve as alternate Program Manager in the primary PM's absence.
