Job summary

Steer Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end client implementations in healthcare technology. You will coordinate workflow design, EHR integration, AI configuration, and change management, partnering with hospital leaders and Steer Product/Engineering.

You will drive go-live, ensure customer confidence from day one, and hand off to Client Success after delivery to sustain value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software implementations in healthcare tech.
• Experience with EHR environments and clinical/workflow understanding.
• Strong communication with clinical and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan: scope, timeline, milestones, resources, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Lead kickoff and discovery to capture the client’s workflows, systems, goals, and success criteria.
• Coordinate the technical work with Engineering and client IT, including EHR connectivity, data flows, and system configuration.
• Drive go-live through testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
• Be the day-to-day lead for clinical, operational, executive, and IT stakeholders during implementation.
• Hand off cleanly to Client Success and Support so ongoing value realization continues after go-live.
