Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Familiarity with chart retrieval processes, HEDIS reporting, or risk adjustment a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to document business and system requirements.
• Define key features for the medical chart retrieval platform.
• Act as a bridge between Operations and Development.
• Support UAT by creating test cases and validating feature performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
