Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and applicable credentials.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis or Process Improvement roles.
• Experience leading multiple complex improvement projects.
• Strong track record facilitating meetings with executives and SMEs.
• Proven ability to define problems, analyze current-state ops, and recommend solutions.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, and swim lanes (Visio).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes, document gaps, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Define future-state processes and operational improvements aligned with objectives.
• Produce process documentation: maps, workflows, swim lanes, BRDs, gaps, and DoD.
• Present findings and progress to steering committees and leadership.
• Track remediation and ensure implementation of recommendations.
• Collaborate with PMs and leaders to prioritize initiatives and maintain momentum.
• Support research administration and compliance workflows as needed.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business goals.
