Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 100% remote position to support a federal healthcare modernization project. You will translate clinical, business, and technical needs into actionable requirements while analyzing C-CDA documents, healthcare interoperability standards, and AI-generated patient insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis for healthcare IT systems.
• Experience analyzing clinical data and interoperability standards such as C-CDA, HL7, USCDI.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and clinical requirements for AI-driven patient health data summarization, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and interpret C-CDA documents and map to interoperability standards.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices linking data sources to testing and deployment.
• Define validation criteria and collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure relevance, accuracy, transparency, and responsible AI.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and communicate findings through documentation and executive briefings.
• Partner with QA and development teams to create test scenarios, support UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives.
