Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution of electronic health record systems and clinical applications in a healthcare technology environment. The role requires translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborating with clinicians, developers, project teams, and government stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of technical requirements analysis and requirements engineering.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
• CBAP/PMI-PBA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate stakeholder needs into functional and non-functional requirements for EHR systems and clinical applications.
• Maintain requirements across the SDLC with traceability in the repository (Azure DevOps).
• Develop use cases, user stories, prototypes, and wireframes to support development.
• Manage backlogs, prioritization, and change control processes.
• Collaborate with clinicians, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions.
• Support test scenarios and UAT to validate requirements.
