• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

• Retains and grows Aon's business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers.
• Drives renewal processes and assembles teams for renewal strategy.
• Coordinates with Brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies.
• Facilitates relationships between clients, ARS, and insurers.
• Leads stewardship planning and ensures profitable service delivery.
